The Rotary Club of Lymington has been established since 1948 and has provided support and funding for a very wide range of local community projects and causes.

The Club here in Lymington has supported local schools supplying laptops and other IT needs, play and sports equipment, dictionaries and achievement awards, established and run New Forest Hospital Radio, funded projects for the Girl Guides, Boy and Sea Scouts, supported football, rugby, tennis and gym teams and charities such as Sailability, helped support local businesses,  people of all ages and fitness, helped to distribute food to those in need, supported projects abroad and at home, and worked worldwide to help eradicate polio. With plans in mind to support many more community causes.

Rotary is a 1.2 million group of individuals in over 35,000 Clubs in 200 countries worldwide.  Membership of a Club not only brings together the opportunity for like-minded people to meet but enables members to support their local community in many different ways.
